Lazy walking tour in the old town

(max. 1 ½ hour)

A tour ideal for you, who only want to see the highlights of the famous old town of Rhodes, and thereafter spend the rest of the day as you prefer.

We will start our guided tour from the harbor of Rhodes, or from an other central spot in the city, if you stay at a hotel. We will see the imposing Marine Gate, pass by the Hippocratous Square and the old hospital of the Knights, walk up the street of the Knights and end the tour at the Grand Masters Palace.

We will give you all the important information about the history of the island and the facts about the order of the Knights of St. John, tell you the true story of the Colossus of Rhodes and answer any question you got about Rhodes or Greece in general.

After the end of our guided tour you can choose to walk straight back to the ship alone or with our escort, or maybe choose to stay in the old town for shopping, lunch or just a delicious frozen yoghurt.

It is a relaxed tour of maximum 1 ½ hour, however medium walking capability is required. If you choose to enter the Grand Masters Palace to see the great collection of mosaics, there is an entrance fee of 6 euro per person.

The entrance fee is not included in the price of the tour and can only be paid cash and in euro.
